Tenders Are Invited For 55/Pa/2025 Performing Services Consisting In Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Buildings And Office Rooms (Headquarters) Of Adm And Adjacent External Areas
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractors Provision Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Of Maintaining Cleanliness (Cleaning) Of Buildings And Office Rooms (Headquarters) Of The Ordering Party Along With Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Adjacent External Areas (Courtyards, Pavements, Squares, Green Areas). The Service Applies To The Headquarters Of The Main Adm Company At Ul. Śniadeckich 1 And The Headquarters Of Other Organizational Units Of The Company) Located In The City Of Bydgoszcz. The List Of Real Estate Covered By The Cleaning Service (Current At The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings) Is Annex 8 To Swz. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Constant Monthly Maintenance In Office Buildings That Are The Seat Of The Ordering Party, Consisting In Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Office Rooms And Equipment Located (Furniture, Equipment) And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Sanitary And Technical Rooms, As Well As Securing And Supplementing The Necessary Hygiene And Sanitary Items In Particular Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Paper Towels, Washing-Cleaning (Including Liquid Soaps), Disinfectants And Fragrances In Toilets And Other Sanitary Rooms; 2) Permanent Monthly Maintenance Of The Cleanliness Of The Areas, I.E. Yards, External Stairs (Reaching Buildings) And Adjacent To The Property Of Green Areas, Pavements And Squares - Consisting Of Collecting Solid Waste Along With Snow Removal And Liquidation Of Ward And Transport To The Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority.
