The Contracting Authority Has Hardware Infrastructure Based On Servers, Matrices And Virtualized Vmware Vsphere Version 8 Containing A Total Of Approx. 300 Virtual Machines. The Contracting Authority Has A Subscription To The Veeam Data Platform Advanced Universal Space Number Contract #02830449 And Veeam Backup For Microsoft 365 Contract Number #02830448, Date Of Completion Of The Current Technical Support Of The Manufacturer 26.08.2025.3. Quantitative Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Package Of Subscription Licenses Of Veeam Data Platform Advanced Universal Or Equivalent - Pcs. 3502) Veeam Backup For Microsoft 365 Or Equivalent - Pcs. 16503) Pack Of Technical Support Services Of The Contractor -180H4. As Part Of The License Provided By The Contractor, The Employer Must Be Able To Use The Technical Support Of The Software Manufacturer For A Period Of 36 Months From 27.08.2025, Including: A) Updates Of The Information Base For Software For Creating Security Copies And The Monitoring And Reporting Of The Environment To Create Security Copies. Knowledge. 5. The Technical Assistance Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor In A Period Of 36 Months From 27.08.2025 Or To Use The 180 Man -Hour Package, If Its Use Occurs Before This Period. 6. It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Products To The Licenses Described Above. The Description Of The Required Minimum Functionalities In The Case Of Offering Equivalent Software Has Been Described In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Contractor Declares That When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, He Does Not Violate Any Rights Of Third Parties, Including In Particular The Authors Property Rights And The Personal Rights Of Such Persons.
