1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Of Conducting Aqua Aerobics Group Classes For The Inhabitants Of The City Of Starachowice. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Supporting Health Prevention, Independence And Activity Of The Elderly, Consisting In Aerobic Exercises In Water, Improving Physical Condition And Improved Heart Rate And Improvement Of Well -Being. 3. The Service Is Addressed To Residents Who Are Sixty-Year-Old, Adult Caregivers Of The Older And Disabled People As Part Of The Fes..09.04-Iz.00-0005/23 Pp. Social Starachowice-Development Of Services Provided By Cus Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Efs+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyski For 2021-2027. 4. Services Will Be Provided In An Indoor Swimming Pool Located In The City Of Starachowice. 5. The Planned Number Of Services During Their Provision Is 330, It Is An Average Of 24 Classes Per Month. 6. The Contracting Authority Assumes That Classes Will Take Place In 6 Groups Of 15 People. 7. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Subject Of The Contract To 30% In Relation To The Size Specified In Point 5 Of Swz, Due To The Above Restriction Of The Contractor, No Claims Are Entitled (Performance Of The Contract At 70%). 8.
