3 Place Of Service: Local Government Nursery In Brusy, Ul. Armii Krajowej 1A, 89-632 Brusy. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Three Meals A Day, I.E. Two -Course Breakfast (20 Ml Milk Soup And Sandwich), Two -Course Dinner (Soup, Second Course) And Afternoon Tea For A Group Of Up To 66 Children Up To 3 Years Old. Expected Number Of Children: 66 (Including: Up To A Year - 4, From One To 2 Years - 37, Over 2 Years - 25). Meals Will Be Delivered On All Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except For Public Holidays And Non -Care Days In The Nursery, About Which The Contractor Will Be Notified Within A Minimum Of 7 Days With The Exception Of Exceptional Situations - Documented By The Contracting Authority, E.G. The Need To Close The Nursery By Sanitary Services Or Caused By The Ordering Services. 4 Meals Will Be Delivered Twice A Day Between 7.45-8.15 Breakfast And 10.30-11.00 Dinner And Tea. 5. The Contracting Authority Estimates That The Number Of Meals Delivered During The Contract May Be: 15,246 Portions Of Breakfast, 15,246 Dinner Portions And 15,246 Portions Of Tea. The Volume Of Deliveries Is Estimated, Depending On The Attendance Of Children Or Changes In The Declarations Of Parents Reporting The Desire To Nourish Children, May Be Reduced To 30% And May Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Bring Any Claims. 6. The Service Should Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With The Preparation Of Meals In Accordance With The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448)) Together With Executive Provisions To This Act, Nutritional Standards According To The Institute Of Food Nutrition, As Well As Law In The Field Of Hygiene Of Haccp Nutritional Hygiene, And Collective Nutritional Hygiene And Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 August 2016 On The Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foods Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154 With Changes). Meals Must Also Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child To 3 Years Old. B) The Number Of Meals Issued Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children In The Nursery. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Children And The Number Of Meals Delivered In Accordance With The Actual Need. Financial Settlements Of The Service Contractors With The Ordering Party Will Be Based On Actually Delivered Meals And The Gross Price Of A One -Day Meal For One Child. Due To The Use Of Fewer Meals, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims. The Contractor Will Be Informed About The Number Of Meals Issued On A Given Day On A Preceding Day Until 16.00.
