The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service And Delivery Service To The Stores Of The Castle Museum In Malbork, Divided Into Four Parts - Part 4 In The Quantities And Types Indicated In The List Below. 2. The Subject Of The Service Must: 1) Meet All The Requirements Set By The Employer, In The Tender Documentation; 2) Meet The Required Standards, Have Appropriate Certificates, Especially Regarding The Use Of Products By Children And Young People (If Required), 3) Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, 4) Be Aesthetic, Precisely (Carefully), 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract And In Annex 1 To The Contract, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation, If In The Attachments To Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract Or Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By An Or Equivalent Expression, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words .5. Option Right (Reduction Of Scope): 1) The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Subject Of The Contract. The Quantities Given In Opz Are Covered By The Maximum Amounts Provided For Delivery. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Demand To 50% Of The Order Valued By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Both In The Scope Of Individual Items And The Entire Volume Of The Order, 2) In The Situation Described In Point 1) Above The Contracting Authority Will Not Bear Negative Financial Effects Caused By A Reduction In The Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Contractor Will Not Claim The Entire Subject Of The Contract. 6. Regulations Related To The Right Of Options, Including The Possibility Of Its Use Was Described In § 1 Of The Draft Contract.
