► The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Diagnostics And Repairs Of Specialist Equipment (Convection And Steam Furnaces And Industrial Dishwashers), In Accordance With The Requirements And On The Terms Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Documentation Of The Conclusion. ► Cresse Of The Subject Of The Contract: For The Service Of Diagnostics And Repair Of Specialist Equipment (Convection And Steam Furnaces And Industrial Dishwashers) Diagnostician:  Determining The Causes Of The Failure;  Diagnosing Whether The Equipment/Device Is Suitable For Further Operation;  Indication Of The Scope Of Repair, Developing A Cost Estimate (Valuation) With A Detailed Specificity Of Costs And A Valuation Of Specific Parts For Repair Together With Catalog Numbers;  Providing The Number Of Hours Needed To Repair;  Waiting Time For The Service (Repairs);  Accurate Complement Of Diagnostic Cards. Exception:  Repairing In Accordance With The Diagnosis Card; (Including Replacement Of Used Parts And Working Elements);  Checking The Correctness And Safety Of The Equipment/Device After Removing The Failure (Repair);  Marking Of Devices Containing Controlled Substances In Accordance With The Act Of 15 May 2015 (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1951) On Substances Impoverishing The Ozone Layer And On Some Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases And Files Executive, If They Are Not Marked - Applies To Equipment;  Making Entries In The Evidence Of The Device (Allowing For Further Operation Or Qualification Of Equipment For Withdrawal From Operation). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform At The Place Of Use Of Equipment/Devices. The Order Of The Order: 1) The Amount Of Diagnostics And Repairs Will Be Fully Dependent On The Actual Failures Of Equipment/Equipment And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Does Not Give Certainty That From Each Hardware Group The Equipment Will Be Diagnosed/Repaired, This Will Be Fully Dependent On The Actual Failures Of The Equipment/Equipment And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2) The Service Should Be Provided Successively On The Basis Of Entries Submitted Each Time By The Employer, I.E.
