Subject Of The Public Procurement: Purchasing And Putting Into Operation Of A Minimum Invasive Surgery Of The Knee, Hip, Shoulder And Ankle Joint. The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Will Be In Accordance With Article 114 Of The Public Procurement Act. At The Time Of The Opening Of A Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Provided - The Provision Of Financing For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Through Targeted Funds For Capital Expenditures From The Budget Of The Ministry Of Health (If There Are Any). The Execution Of The Order Covers: 1. Delivery Of The Equipment, New, Not Demonstration, Unused, Accompanied By Original Technical Documentation And The Full Remaining Documentation, Guidance / Instruction / For Operation, Warranty Card; 2. Performing Settings And Technical Testing Of The Equipment In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer; 3. Commissioning Of The Equipment; 4. Training Of The Staff Of The Contracting Authority To Work With The Equipment. The Participants In The Procurement Procedure Must Tend To Tend To Be Bid And Supplied For Use Equipment On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, In Accordance With The Law On Medical Devices /Snakes /. The Proposed Equipment Must Meet All The Requirements In The Technical Specification, Must Have All Necessary Designations, Markings And Other Data, In Accordance With The Legislation In Force In The Country And Be Accompanied By All Necessary Documents, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian And The Relevant International Norms And Standards. The Equipment Should Be New, Unused, Not Recycled, Not Demo Equipment And Is Manufactured After 1.01.2024.
