The Following Activities Are Included In The Subject Of The Order: Activity I “Preparation Of An Investment Project In A Phase Work Project, For The Site: Sustainable Energy Renovation Of The Building Of The Ivan Radoev Drama And Puppet Theater Pleven” Activity Ii “Exercise Copyright Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Of The Site” Activity Iii “Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Investment Project For The Site: Sustainable Energy Renovation Of The Building Of Drama-Puppet Theater Ivan Radoev Pleven The Category Of The Site, According To The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction, Is The Fourth Category. The Following Types Of Construction Works Will Be Included In The Volume Of The Order: Heat Insulation Of Facade Walls; Heat Insulation Of The Roof; Replacement Of Windows - Windows And Doors; Delivery And Installation Of The Heat Pump System; Measures Under The Measuring And Control System; Measures On Lighting Systems; Implementation Of Measures Provided For In The Technical Passport As Urgent; Implementation Of Accompanying Measures; Introduction Of Accessibility Measures To All Entrances Of The Building; Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Necessary Materials; Performing The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; Drawing Up Construction Papers; Assistance In The Procedure For The Commissioning Of The Site; Specific Pre -Formed Construction And Installation Activities On The Basis Of The Technical Design, Ee And Certificate Report Are Detailed As A Type And Quantities In The Technical Specification. The Warranty Periods Concerning The Implementation Of The Activities Are: For All Construction Works In Accordance With The Current Legislation And In Particular In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2/31.07.2003 Of The Mrdpw For The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.
