Bids Are Invited For Bridge File 2199, Bridge Culvert Replacement And Other Work

The Contractor Shall Install Of A New Bridge Culvert Located On Township Road 74 (Thelma Road) Between Highway 41 And Eagle Butte Road South Of Elkwater (Sw 30-7-2-W4m). The Contractor Shall Install A 2.4 M Dia. Polymer Coated Corrugated Steel Pipe (Csp) Culvert By 50 M Invert Length, As Per The Drawings And Standard Specifications For Bridge Construction. The Culvert Will Be Located On 300 Rhf Skew To Township Road 74.Existing Is A 1.2 M Diameter Culvert And A 1.8 M Diameter Culvert. This Contract Is For The Replacement Of The 1.8 M Culvert In The Same Location. The Contractor Shall Not Damage Theexisting 1.2 M Diameter Culvert In The Process Of Completing This Work.The Scope Of The Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following:− Traffic Accommodation− Site Isolation And Care Of Water− Demolition And Disposal Of Existing Bridge Structures− Excavation, Including Geotextile Filter Fabric− Supply And Assembly Of Culvert Materials− Backfill, Including Backfill Material Testing− Heavy Rock Riprap Erosion Protection− Roadway Work− Permanent Environmental Protection Devices
