The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into An Agreement With The Audit Service Provider, Auditing The Annual Accounts And Balance Sheet Reports Of The Foundation 2025, 2026, 2027 And 2028 And Shall Carry Out Intermediate Audits Prior To The Annual Accounts. The Reports Of The Foundation Shall Be Prepared According To The Estonian Financial Reporting Standard. In Addition, The Service Provider Undertakes To Carry Out Control Of The Legality Of The Foundations Transactions To The Extent Prescribed By The National Audit Office And To Submit To The National Audit Office Confirmation Of The Comparison Of The Balance Sheet And Accounting Reports. The Service Provider Also Undertakes To Provide Additional Tax And Accounting Consultations To The Foundation, If Necessary, Which Are Not Included In The Non-Audit Services.
