The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract With One Supplier Who Can Offer Personnel With Relevant Expertise And Experience By Establishing A Framework Agreement For Rso-Protection. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For 2 Years With An Option Of 2+1+1+1+1 Year Extension (Extended By First 2, Then One Year At A Time). A Maximum Of 8 Years In Total, Cf. Section 22-1 (4) Of The Supply Regulations. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition At Any Time In The Procurement Process, If There Is A Factual Reason For This, Such As Total Rejection, Significant Change For The Assignment, Loss Of Financing, Offers Of Budgetary Frameworks Or That The Offered Product Does Not Meet The Clients Needs, Etc.
