The Main Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of Surgical Interventions Service Of Pelvis And Hip Pathologies, In Order To Serve Patients Admitted By Urgency, Hospitalized, Elective Or On The Waiting List That These Surgeries Require To Improve Their Health Condition, Given To The Significant Impact That Pelvis And Hip Pathologies Have On Mobility, Stability And Quality Of Life Of Patients. On The Other Hand, Fractures, Dysplasias, Infections And Other Not Treated Conditions Can Generate Serious Complications, Such As Avascular Necrosis, Post -Traumatic Osteoarthritis, Deformities, Or Systemic Infections Such As Sepsis, And In Older People, Hip Fractures Are Associated With High Mortality, Prolonged Disability And Loss Of Functional Independence. Currently, These Interventions Cannot Be Carried Out In The Institutional Pavilions Due To The High Existing Demand, Which Exceeds The Resolution Capacity Of The Team Of The Hip Traumatology. Therefore, This Service Is Required To Solve The Pathologies Related To The Subspecialty Of Hip Traumatology In Optimal Times And Thus Avoid Serious Complications, Promoting Timely Attention Of These Conditions. Which Not Only Improves Medical And Functional Results, But Also Improves The Quality Of Life Of Patients, Preventing Additional Complications And Optimizing The Use Of Health System Resources. Said The Above, These Interventions Will Be Carried Out In The Establishment, Outside The Institutional Schedule And To Beneficiaries Of The Public Health System, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In The Administrative And Technical Bases, And In Annex No. 1. The Respective Contract Will Be Subject To The Provisions Of The Decree With Force Of Law No. 36, Of July 10, 1980 Of The Ministry Of Health And Its Modifications Introduced By Law No. 18.417 Provider Of Health Actions Will Be Forced To Provide On Behalf Of The Hospital, And By Way Of The Delegation, As Required By Inc. 1 Of Art. 2 Of The 36/80 Dfl To The Beneficiaries Of The Health Benefits Regime Of Law No. 18,469, The Actions Of Prevention, Promotion, Recovery, Protection Or Health Rehabilitation That Are Tendered By This Act.
