Tenders are invited for Water Supply Works. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 14.7 million within the last three (3) years. Available financial resources, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of USD 1.8 million. Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily completed within the last seven (7) years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation exceeds USD 11.0 million. A minimum construction experience in the following key activities: - Design of water supply pipelines in accordance with AS/NZS standards and WSAA Codes, or their internationally recognized equivalent. - - Construction of water supply systems, including HDPE pipelines (butt welding and EF couplers) and tanks and pump stations. Construction (trenching) within public roads and the reinstatement of road pavements and wearing course. - Experience with project delivery in Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and locations requiring specialized mobilization and logistics. Experience in managing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks and impacts in the aspects of environmental management and health and safety management.
