Verify that date/time are correct and adjust if necessary. Verify the software version. Reset the PM counter. Perform a leak test. Replace the chamber plastics. Check the shelves for wear or sharp edges. Replace any shelves with obvious wear or rough edges. Replace the door O-Ring. Replace the chamber H2O2 lens. Replace the UV lamp, lens, and O-Ring. Replace the delivery valve. Replace the air pump seal tubing. Replace the delivery system inlet valve filter. Replace the HEPA filter on the vent valve. Replace the door, chamber, vaporizer, and condenser thermistors. Replace the cassette disposal box. Replace the vacuum pump oil, oil mist filter and catalytic converter. Replace the air filter on the bottom of the system. Clean the printer head. Perform the door alignment. Zero the transducers. Perform a leak test. Perform an LFPS2 test at 800 MOTOR (500W). Drain and replace the oil again. Calibrate the temperatures using precision resistors. Check the H2O2 lamp voltage and make sure it goes from -1 to 0. Perform an H2O2 neutral density calibration.
