4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Nutritional Services For Primary School Students And A Branch Of The Kindergarten In The Ostrówek Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For The Needs Of The Primary School In Ostrówek, The Primary School In Skrzynno, The Primary School In Okalew, The Primary School In Janów, The Branch Of The Kindergarten In Wielg. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Preparation, Delivery And Delivery Of The Following Meals: A) Main Course: Weight Not Less Than 350 Grams, I.E. Meat Dish-100 Grams, Starch Add-On-150 Grams, Salad-100-150 Grams. The Assumed Number Of Students Using Dinners In One Day Will Be 110. The Number Of Meals Issued Depends On The Attendance Of Children On A Given Day And The Number Of Dinners Purchased. The Assumed Number Of Students Using Meals Is Estimated. The Contracting Authority Will Pay Remuneration For Actually Prepared And Delivered Meals. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Order - Not Less Than 30 Meals A Day, If Such A Need Results From The Absence Of Students Or Reducing The Number Of Students. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration According To The Demand Submitted By The Ordering Party Calculated At The Unit Price Given In The Offer Form. 4.3.
