3 The Order Includes: 1) The Contractors Implementation Of All Actions That Will Lead To The Provision Of The Device That Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular Opz And Ppu, 2) Providing The Device By The Contractor, Łcr, The Marchs Of The Device Meeting All The Requirements Specified In The Contract Documents, In Particular Opz And Ppu, 3) Transfer To The Ownership Of The Ownership Of The Device At The Time Of Signing The Protocol. Take-Out Without Comments, But No Later Than Until The Day Designated In §2 Para. 1 Ppu, 4) Implementation Of Warranty And Service Obligations, 5) The Implementation Of Other Obligations Specified In The Documents Of The Contract.
