1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation In The Design And Build System Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Cus Premises At Norwida Street 2 To Improve The Quality Of Social Services Provided In A Building Located At Ul. Norwida 2 In Świdnik On The Ground Floor And In The Underground Floor, The Contracting Authority Plans To Implement A Construction Intention Consisting In The Renovation Of Some Of The Rooms Currently Used As Rooms And Rooms Intended For Cus In Świdnik. The Planned Use Of Use Will Not Change. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Development Of Project Documentation, Obtaining The Required Permits And Arrangements, Implementation Of Construction Works And Exercising Authors Supervision. The Veins Planned For Implementation:- Room 5 (Conference Room) With An Area Of About 60 M² And A Height Of About 3.5M Should Be Renovated. Suspended Ceilings And A Change In Lighting Fittings Are Planned To Be Made. Installation Of Sliding Lighting On A U Rail (Possibility Of Mounting Additional Luminaires And Sound System Elements) Is Assumed. In The Room, The Air Conditioner Should Be Installed To Adjust The Temperature In The Room To The Users Requirements. The Designed Air Conditioner Should Operate In A Rendering Heat Pump System. The Supply Should Be Planned Centrally As Possible To The Room. The Outer Unit Located On The Outer Wall (Eastern). The Outer Unit Should Also Ensure Refrigeration Power For The Room Located Below (Assumed Type Of Devices - Vrf Enabling Independent Temperature Control In Both Rooms). Condensate To The Gutters Of The Roof At The Main Entrance. The Air Conditioners Should Be Prepared By Design Documentation Containing The Calculations Of The Required Cold And The Thermal Balance Taking Into Account Profits Based On The Assumptions Of Filling The Entire Rooms (Room 7 And Room 5) With The Arrangement Of The Airflow. In Room 5, It Is Assumed Based On The Developed Project. Making A New Part Of The Electrical Installation Supplying Luminaires And Air Conditioners, As Well As A Replacement Of The Existing Installation With New Installation Approaches And Sockets. In Addition, The Room Provides Replacement Of Heaters With Plate Plate With Thermostatic Heads (3 Pcs). The Entire Room No. 5 Should Be Painted. Implement The Painting As Twice With Filling And Priming. In Room 7, The Air Conditioning Connected To An External Unit Was Assumed In Vrf Mode Located On The Outer Wall Of The Building. Hall No. 7 Also Requires Replacement Of Luminaires Due To Too Low Light Intensity Currently Installed For Luminaires And Adaptation Of The Amount Of Light To The Therapeutic Classes - Assembly Of Coherent Ceiling With Other Devices On The Facility. The Permanent Works Intended To Be Performed: Outside The Object From The East Side, Painting The Facade With Filling Of The Losses Should Be Painted.
