1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Project Documentation For The Task Entitled Project Of Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 2180K And 2179K Piekary - Rączna. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Pavement Construction Project At Poviat Road No. 2180 K For A Length Of 670 M Section From Plot 853/2 In Piekary, At Which The Existing Pavement Ends To The Intersection With Poviat Road No. 2179K2) A Pavement Construction Project At Poviat Road No. 2179K At A Length Of 535M From The Intersection With Road 2180 (At The Chapel) Rączna Towns To Connect To The Existing Pavement. 3) Designing The Pedestrian Crossings Necessary For Combining Strings For The Entire Length Of The Planned Pavement Should Be Designed. 5) Should Be Taken Into Account. Guidelines Of The Road/Water Manager. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction, Technical And Executive Projects, Maps For Design Purposes, Maps Containing The Division Of Real Estate / Division (In The Event Of Such Necessity) Along With Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Required To Submit A Request For A Building Permit Or A Decision On Permission To Implement A Road Investment - In The Event Of Such Need). As Part Of The Order, You Must Obtain The Final (Or With Rigor Of Immediate Enforceability) The Decision Of The Building Permit Or The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of The Road Investment (Zrid) And Other Administrative Decisions (Final Or With The Rigor Of Immediate Enforceability) Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Task Together With The Authors Supervision. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Authors Supervision, And The Cost Of The Supervision Is Included At The Offered Price. 4. Design Documentation Should Contain All The Studies Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Decision Or A Decision To Permission To Implement A Road Investment (Zrid) And Investment Implementation. Design Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. If It Is Necessary To Obtain Deviations From Applicable Regulations, The Obligation To Obtain The Consent Of The Competent Authority For Their Introduction Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Develop Design Materials And Obtain On Behalf Of The Employer All Required Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary To Obtain Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task, Including Permission To Deviate From Technical And Construction Regulations If Required. 5. The Contractor Includes: Developing Construction, Technical And Executive Projects Of All Industries, Which Should Be Made In The Full Extent Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment; Developing Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works; Performing All Studies Resulting From The Technical Conditions Obtained; Performing All Necessary Studies Resulting From Arrangements I
