Work Detail

Part 1-Accounting Consulting, A Maximum Of 540 Hours Of Consulting For A Total Of 27 Smes In 3 Incubation Cycles, Which Will Be Conducted In The Periods 01/01/2025-31.12.2025, 01.05.2026-30.08.2026 And 01/01/202.2027-30.04.2027. The Number Of Ordered Hours Will Depend On The Individual Needs Specified In The Individual Incubation Plan Of A Given Sme In The Project. A Maximum Of 20 Hours Of Consulting (1 Hour Of Consulting Is 60 Minutes), Including: 10 H Max For Accounting Consultancy (270 H Max For 27 Smes) 10 Hours For Tax Consultancy (270 H Max In Total For 27 Smes) Will Pay For A Maximum Of 60 Minutes ( Of The Delivery And Acceptance, Whose Templates The Employer Will Provide Available Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Provision Of Services Will Take Place In Electronic Form - In Accordance With The Principle Of Availability And Flexibility For Smes, Using Electronic Means Of Communication Provided By The Contractor. Ordering The Scope, Deadline And The Number Of Hours Will Take Place Each Time By The Ordering Party In The Form Of An Order At The Beginning Of Each Incubation Cycle, After Developing And Approving The Individual Incubation Plan And Its Scope For A Given Sme. For The Purposes Of Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Keep A Record Of Working Time For Each Smes According To The Pattern Of The Protocol Provided By The Ordering Party And Based On It Was Accounted For From The Service. The Final Effect Will Be A Set Of Consulting Report With A Scope Summary) Accounting Consulting (270 H Max Per 27 Smes In Total) Including: • Available Forms Of Accounting (Depending On The Type Of Activity). • Revenue And Costs Records. In Total On 27 Smes) Covering: • Available Forms Of Taxation And Their Impact On The Companys Finances. • Analysis Of Tax Costs And Their Impact On The Profitability Of Operations. • Possibilities Of Tax Reliefs And Deductions. • Consultation Regarding Vat.
