The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Consisting In The Construction Of The Football Field, Treadmill, Jumper For Long Jump, Small Architecture Along With Construction Devices And Accompanying Infrastructure As Well As Lighting And Monitoring At The Primary School. The Scope Of The Works Covers In Particular: 1) Construction Industry: A) Demolition And Dismantling, B) Football Playground With Artificial Grass Surface, C) Pitch Accessories, D) Treadmill And Hill For Long Jump From Synthetic Surface, E) Treadmills, F) Concrete Cube Surfaces With A Thickness Of 6 Cm, G) Warning, H) Fences, Footballs, I) Grassy Surface, J) Small Architecture; 2) Electrical Industry: A) Protection Of Existing Installations, B) Rg Switchgear - Expansion, C) Lighting Switchgear Rob Pitch, D) Pitch Lighting Installation, E) Installation Of Lighting Columns And Luminaires, F) Monitoring Installation, G) Installation Of Protective Grounding And Installation Of Protective Grounding Compensatory - Area. The Surfaces Were Designed In Two Variants For Both Artificial Grass Surfaces And Polyurethane Surfaces Described As System I And System Ii, Which Are Described In Detail In The Executive Project. In Order To Verify The Quality Of The Offered Product And The Required Surface Features And Parameters From The Contractor At The Stage Of Submitting Offers, The Means Of Evidence Are Required. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form To Indicate Which Surface System Offers, Together With Attachment To The Subject Documents For The Offered Surfaces Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Minimum Quality Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority (The Contractor Indicates Only One System For The Individual Surface). In The Case Of The Contractor, The Contractor Is Not Marked By Any Of The Two Possible Variants Or Marking Both Variants, The Contractor Will Be Rejected. The Contractor Will Provide Access To Electricity And Water On Its Own. The Costs Of Consumption Will Be Covered By The Contractor. The Costs Of The Fee For The Abovementioned The Media Should Be Included In The Flat -Rate Price For Completing The Task. The Works Carried Out Should Be Secured In Such A Way That They Do Not Pose A Threat To Third Parties. In Addition, The Contractor Is Responsible For: 1) All Pollution And Damages Caused By Earthworks On Existing Networks; 2) Adequate Protection Of The Construction Site, 3) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements/Decisions/Permits Necessary To Complete The Work.
