1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence For The Charges Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In The Commune Of Czernice Borowe. Care Services Are Provided In People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Causes, Require The Help Of Third Parties, And Are Deprived Of Them And The Family Cannot Provide Such Care.2. Care Services Should Be Understood As Help In Satisfying Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Care And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment. Care Services Are Provided In The Scope Of: A) Satisfying Daily Life Needs, In Particular By:- Maintaining Cleanliness In The Rooms- Purchasing Foodstuffs And Other Products Needed In The Household,- Preparing Or Providing Meals And Food Products For The Rest Personal And Bedding,- Bringing Fuel And Heating Rooms, B) Hygiene-Sanitary Care, In Particular By:- Washing And Bathing,- Change Of Personal And Bedding Underwear,- Laying The Patient In Bed,- Help With Dealing With Physiological Needs,- Change Of Diaphragm, Recommended By A Doctor, D) Providing Medical Assistance, E) Help In Maintaining The Psychophysical Condition Of The Person, In Particular By:- Maintaining Individual Interests,- Organizing And Maintaining Neighborly Contacts,- Organizing Walks,- Reading. 3. The Estimated Dimension Of The Number Of Hours Of Provision Of Care Services Is: 2025-1640 Hours, 2026-3936 Hours For The Expected Number Of 9 Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Czernice Borowe. 4. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order By Reducing The Estimated Size Of The Benefit To 1300 Hours In 2025, To 3739 Hours In 2026 In The Case Of A Decrease In The Demand For The Performance Of Care Services In The Dimension Referred To In Point 3. In The Event Of The Circumstances Referred To In The First Sentence, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim Of The Full Number Of Hours. The Employer Points Out That The Concept Of The Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Should Only Be Understood As The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, E.G. Access To Clients And Without A Relationship With The Performers Of The Contractor Under The Labor Code (Holiday Leave, Sick Leave, Etc.). 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Order Services At The Time Of Hours Corresponding To The Actual Needs Of Customers, I.E. In Various Hours Per Month At One Person, As Well As On Public Holidays And Free From Work, But The Number Of Hours May Not Exceed The Values ​​Specified In Point 3.
