1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Hot Meal Preparation And Delivery. 2. The Service Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project No. Fesw.09.04-Iz.00-0005/23 Pn. Social Starachowice-Development Of Services Provided By Cus Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Efs+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyskie For 2021-2027.3. The Service Of Preparing And Delivering Hot Meals Ready To Eat In One -Time Closed Containers Ensuring The Appropriate Temperature And Hygiene Of Transport, Will Be Provided With Delivery To The Participants Place Of Residence Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Starachowice.4. Deliveries Of Hot Meals Will Take Place 7 Days A Week From Monday To Sunday From 12.00 To 14.00 (The Latest Time Of Delivery Of The Meal). In The Case Of Holidays Free From Work, The Employer Allows The Delivery Of A Meal For Those Days On The Day Preceding The Holiday. 5. The Planned Number Of Single -Course Meals During The Service Of The Service Is 15 750, I.E. On Average 1,050 Meals Per Month. 6. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws 2023 Item 1448), Including Enforcement Provisions To This Act And In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Law. Meals Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Highest Quality Products, Taking Into Account The Best Culinary Traditions, Excluding Semi -Finished Products And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The State Sanitary Inspector, Haccp Standards And Other Legal Acts In Force In This Respect. 7. The Contracting Authority Will Require The Contractor To Prepare Hot Meals For People With Special Nutritional Needs, A Special Diet (Diabetic, Low -White, Gluten -Free Or With Other Food Diseases) For A Maximum Of 30% Of The Total Number Of Participants. Their Quantity May Be Variable, Depending On The Actual Needs Reported On An Ongoing Basis By Persons Authorized To Use Dinners, Which For Health Reasons Or Others Cannot Eat Traditional Dishes. Preparation Of Meals For People Requiring A Diet Is Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Price Offered In The Offer. 8. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Subject Of The Contract To 30% In Relation To The Size Specified In Point 5 Of Swz, Due To The Above Restriction Of The Contractor, No Claims Are Entitled To Any Claims (Performance Of The Contract At 70%). 9.
