The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renewal Service Of A 12-Month System Subscription (Edr Class) Of Station Protection And Servers-Cybereason With The Digital Forensics And Incident Response (Dfir) Module (Dfir) Or The Delivery Of An Equivalent Solution, Hereinafter Referred To As The System, In Each Case Together With The Technical Support Service (Hereinafter Referred To As The Support Service) (Sopz), Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, For A Period Of 12 Months From 01.08.2025 (Day Of Launch Of The Service). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Swz And In The Attachments To Swz, And In Particular In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constituting Annex 2 To Swz And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With Documents Confirming The Renewal Of A 12-Month System Subscription And A Support Service, No Later Than Within 7 Calendar Days From The Day Indicated In Paragraph 2, And Will Start The Provision Of Services Being The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, From The Date Of Launch Of The Service. The Renewal Of Subscription And Support And The Transfer Of Documents Referred To In The First Sentence Will Be Confirmed By The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To The Contract, Signed By The Parties To The Contract Without Reservation. 5. In The Case Of The Delivery Of The Equivalent Solution Of The System, The Contractor Will Implement It In A Manner That Ensures Continuity Of The Protection Of The Station And Servers From 01.08.2025, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Protocol Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To The Contract, Signed By The Parties To The Contract Without Reservation. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Contracting Authority Gave A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows Submitting Bids Equivalent To Parameters Not Worse Than Those That Were Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Legal Basis - Article 99 (5)). 7 If There Are Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, This Should Only Be Treated As A Help In Describing The Subject Of The Contract. In Each Case, Equivalent Solutions Are Permissible. The Employer Will Not Reject The Offer For The Lack Of Compliance With The Above -Mentioned Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Req
