The Inspectors Duties Will Include: 1) Exercising Investors Control And Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Concluded Contracts With The Contractor Of Construction Works, In The Scope Of All Specialty Necessary On The Construction Site In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, The Requirements Of The Building Permit Decision, 2) Participating In The Investment Settlement And During The Warranty And Warranty Confirmation Of Removal Of Defects And Faults During The Warranty And Warranty Period, Participation In Post -Warranty Reception Of The Investment, 3) Preparing Settlements Of The Contractor Of Works, Subcontractors, Further Subcontractors, Providers And Service Providers With Each Acceptance Protocol, Controlling The Construction Works Submitted By The Contractor Of The Construction Works And Transfer Of Opinions To The Contracting Authority With The Ordering Order, 4) Negotiations Regarding Unresolved Claims And Disputes, Also Due To Warranty And Complaint Proceedings, 5) Performing Other Orders Of The Ordering Party, Including Written Opinions On All Disputed Topics Arising During The Implementation Of The Investment.
