1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Developing Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Draft Amendments To The Above -Mentioned Decision In The Obrowo Commune In Areas Not Covered By The Spatial Development Plan, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item It Is Initially Estimated To Develop 1,510 Pieces, The Final Amount Will Be Determined After Conducting The Public Procurement Procedure And Selecting The Best Offer. 3. The Purchaser Reserves The Limitation Of The Benefit, While The Minimum Scope Of The Service Provided Will Amount To 60%.4.
