In The Event Of A Failure Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Meal, Not Of Inferior Quality At Its Own Expense, From Other Sources. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Containers And Post -Consumer Waste Regardless Of The Quantity. 9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Contract. 10. Due To The Fulfillment Of The Contract Obligations, Due Diligence Is Required. The Findings And Decisions Regarding The Performance Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Employer With The Contractors Representative. 11. The Employer Shall Not Be Liable For Damages Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 12.
