A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To This Swz. 4. The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Catering People May Change During The Contract And Will Always Inform About The Quantity And Type Of Meals By Sending The Schedule To The Contractor With A Minimum Of 7 Days In Advance, With The Final Confirmation Of The Number Of People Participating In A Given Event Will Take Place At The Latest Day Before The Planned Event, Until 12.00. The Actual Number Of Meals Will Result From The Actual Demand Of The Contracting Authority And May Change Depending On The Number Of Persons Covered By The Service, With The Contractor Will Not Bring Claims Or Demand Financial Compensation If This Amount Is Less Than Estimated. In The Event Of Increased Incidence Or Absence Of Participants, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Limit The Number Of Meals, Subject To A Prejudice Of Such A Contractor. 5. Meals Must Be Made Of Fresh Foodstuffs With Current Expiration Dates. Meals Must Be Prepared On The Day Of Delivery And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary And Sanitary Art For Collective Nutrition. 6. Production, Storage And Delivery Should Be Done With Appropriate Hygiene And Sanitary Conditions. 7. In The Event Of A Failure Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Meal, Not Of Inferior Quality At Its Own Expense, From Other Sources. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Containers And Post -Consumer Waste Regardless Of The Quantity. 9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Contract. 10. Due To The Fulfillment Of The Contract Obligations, Due Diligence Is Required. The Findings And Decisions Regarding The Performance Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Employer With The Contractors Representative. 11. The Employer Shall Not Be Liable For Damages Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 12.
