The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity - Low And Medium Voltage, And The Fulfillment Of The Duties Of The Balancing Group Coordinator. During Delivery, Electricity Of Quality And Order Should Be Supplied In Accordance With The Energy Relations Provided For In The Energy Act (Energy), Which Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity (Including The Regulations To The Ea, The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. In This Regard, A Contract For A Combined Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 From Ptee.
