Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Packaged Goods, Spices, Eggs And Others For The Needs Of Nurseries And Baby Milk Kitchen On The Territory Of Gabrovo Municipality
The Public Procurement Is Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Invitation, Technical Specification And Draft Contract, Part Of The Documentation For Participation In This Procedure And Is Subject To: Delivery Of Packaged Goods, Spices, Eggs And Others, For The Needs Of Nursery And Infant Milk Kitchen On The Territory Of Gabrovo Municipality. The Scope Of The Activities Is Detailed In The Technical Specification And Annex No 1 To It - A Reference To The Types Of Food And The Indicative Quantities For Delivery In The Nursery And Infant Milk Kitchen For The Duration Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities And Not To Declare The Entire Range Of Items Included In The Report. The Contract Shall Enter Into Force From The Date Of Conclusion And Has A Deadline Of 24 / Twenty -Four / Months.
