This Is An Agreement Where The Municipality Fires An Assignment For Someone, But It Is Not The Municipality That Pays. The Supplier Has The Risk Of Securing Earnings And For Operating The Service. The Client Does Not Guarantee Any Smallest Volume. Private Business Activities Are Facilitated By Making Local And Equipment Available. The Municipality Does Not Have Employer Responsibility. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Basic Period Of 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extension (Option) For Up To 3 Years Distributed Over Three Periods Of 1 Year.
