Ultrasonic Spray Coating System . The National Research Council Canada (Nrc) Has A Requirement For The Supply And Delivery Of One Benchtop Ultrasonic Spray-Coating System. An Ultrasonic Nozzle Converts High Frequency Sound Waves Into Mechanical Energy Which Is Transferred To A Liquid. The Liquid Atomizes As It Exits The Nozzle Helped By A Stream Of Low Velocity Air To Create A Finely Distributed Mist Of Uniform Micron-Sized Particles. Droplets Created In This Manner Have A Highly Controlled Size Distribution, Enabling The Production Of Accurate And Reproducible Thin Films. A Full Ultrasonic Spray Coating System Includes The Ultrasonic Nozzle, Along With Supporting Equipment Such As Liquid Delivery, Exhaust, And Automated Control Arms.
