The City Of Calgary (The City), On Behalf Of The Calgary Police Service (Cps), Is Seeking Proponents To Provide A Commercial Off-The-Shelf Police Officer Recruiting Software Solution That Aligns With Cps Recruiting Process Outlined In Reference A – Police Recruit Selection Standards Process Overview. The Proposed Solution Will Be Used As The Initial Application Platform For Individuals Embarking On A Police Officer Career And An Applicant Tracking System (Ats) For The Recruiting Team. Proposed Solution May Be An On Prem Or Cloud-Based Software Solution. The Solution Is Intended For The Recruitment And Hiring Of One Position Only, Police Officers. This Scope Of Work Will Be Completed In Three (3) Phases: • Phase 1 – Proof Of Concept • Phase 2 – Implementation Of Proposed Software Solution • Phase 3 - Ongoing Maintenance And Support Of Software Solution When Applicable, The City May Also Purchase Associated Software Upgrades And Features That Will Work Seamlessly With The Proposed Software Solution.
