The Framework Agreement Is Subject To Risk Management Expert Services, Which Are Utilized In Project Activities And Continuous Operations. The Subscriber Is The Helsinki Metropolitan Area City Traffic Oy (Kloy). The Central Objective Of Risk Management Services Is To Strengthen The Strategic And Operational Ability Of Urban Transport To Identify, Evaluate And Manage Risks As Part Of The Organizations Decision -Making, Projects And Continuous Activities. The Aim Is To Ensure A Systematic And Expert Implementation Of Risk Management That Supports The Achievement Of The Organizations Goals And Compliance With Regulatory Requirements. The Service To Be Acquired Is Described In More Detail In Annex 3 Of The Invitation To Tender. The Aim Of The Acquisition Is To Choose Three (3) Suppliers. The Service Is, In Principle, Ordered So That The Assignments Are Distributed Between Three Selected Suppliers As Evenly As Possible Throughout The Contract Period. The Subscriber Has The Right To Organize Mini -Competition Between The Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement For Work To Be Purchased Over Eur 60,000.00. The Anticipated Value Of The Vat On Procurement Throughout The Contract Period (Including Any Option Periods) Is Eur 4.320,000.00. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Include A Quantitative Or Minimum Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide The Supplier Exclusive Right To Provide The Service To The Subscriber. The Subscriber Shall Obtain The Service As Needed On The Basis Of Separate Orders. The Framework Arrangement Is Valid For Two (2) Years Of A Basic Contract Period For The Signature Of The Contract. After The Basic Contract Period, The Agreement Will Be Able To Continue With Two (2) Years Of The Option Period Of Two (2) Years So That The Contracting Entity Decides On The Introduction Of The Option By A Separate Decision Three (3) Months Prior To The End Of The Current Contract Period (Ie The Basic Contract Period 2 Years + 2 + 2 Years).
