Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Centralised AC System (HVAC) of LG Brand (Labour Contract) Installed at Chancery Complex, Embassy of India, Bahrain. The schedule for bidding is as follows: Pre bid meeting date: 18 June, 2025 (1500hrs) Bid submission (start date): 12 June, 2025 (1100hrs) Bid submission (end date): 07 July, 2025 (1400hrs) Bid Opening date (Technical): 07 July, 2025 (1500hrs) Bid Opening date (Financial): 14 July, 2025 (1500hrs) SCOPE OF WORK The Scope of Work shall comprise the provision of the maintenance service for Air conditioning units (Centralised AC system of LG Brand) installed at Embassy of India, Bahrain : i. Yearly (Two times in a year) Preventive Maintenance and Minor Servicing (Dry) for Outdoor and Indoor Air Conditioning equipment. ii. Yearly (One time in a year) Preventive Maintenance and Major Servicing (Wet) for Outdoor and Indoor Air Conditioning equipment. iii. The company will keep stock of spare parts. iv. Attendance to emergency calls (complaints)/repairs. v. All the labour cost involved during preventive maintenance and breakdown repair shall be covered under the AMC. Site Visits: The bidders shall visit the work place, understand the scope thoroughly (even if it is not mentioned in this tender) and then quote for. The bidder shall contact Head of Chancery (Administration & Establishment), Embassy of India, Bahrain for visiting the site on 16 June 2025.
