The Aconcagua Health Service Requires The Acquisition Of The Service Supply And Installation Of 2 Cctv With 24 Surveillance Cameras And 13 Data Network Points For These Cameras For The Directorate Of Health Aconcagua. 2. Purchase Application No. 17, Office Of Parts No. 271 (Internal N ° 346), Presented By The Technical Referent Of The Ict Support Unit, Was Duly Approved And Authorized By The Head Of Ict Support Unit, The Deputy Director Of Physical And Financial Resources And The Head Of The Finance Department, Who Support The 2 Cctv Installation Service With 24 Surveillance Chambers And 13 Network Points. 3. That, In Compliance With Current Regulations In Public Purchases, The Electronic Framework Of The Framework Agreement Was Reviewed And It Was Found That The Required Product (S) And/Or Service (S) Are Not Available In Said Catalog. 4. That, As Established In The Regulation, The State Administration Bodies Must Award The Contracts Concluded For The Acquisition Of Product (S) Or Contracting Of Service (S) By Public Tender, When The Mechanism Of The Framework Agreement Is Not Appropriate, Or, Exceptionally, Through Private Tender, Direct Treatment Or Other Special Contracting Procedure; 5. That, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations Approved By Decree 661 Of The 2024 Of The Ministry Of Finance, The Bases That Are Approved In This Act Are Prepared, Which Observe The Principles Of Free Concurrence Of The Bidders To The Administrative And Equality Call That The Bankruptcy Procedures Govern, And Comply With The Technical And Legal Requirements To Verify The Realization Of The Present Tender. 6.
