Software Support Services - Ensuring The Operation Of Existing System System. The Contracting Authority Is The Operator Of The Cisco Web Security System, Cisco Systems, Inc. (Hereinafter Referred To As The Manufacturer), While The Services Of The System Are Provided By Cisco Web Security Appliance And Cisco Content Security Management Appliance. These Virtual Appliance Servers Are Operated On The Hewlett Packard Enterprise Hpe Dl360 (Hypervisors), Also Forming A Part Of The System (All The Proxy System). The Proxy System Ensures Routing And Inspection Of Network Traffic Between The Internal Network And The Public Data Network. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide The Contracting Authority To Provide The Relevant Licenses, Including The Related Technical Support Of The Manufacturer (All In The Form Of Subscription) And Including The Comprehensive Support Of The Entire System Of The System So That The Proxy System In The Contracting Authoritys Information System And Safety Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. 9. (B) Providing Support For The System As A Whole (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Proxy Support”), Which Includes The Support Of The Manufacturer According To (A). A) Of This Point 5.2. And Support Provided By The Supplier To Other System Components. The System Support Includes The Services: • Incident Solutions (Stp1); • System Proxy Update (Stp2) • Required Support Services (Stp3); The Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In Annex 1 To The Main Document Of The Tender Documentation - “Terms And Conditions”.
