The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design, Construction And Copyment Supervision Of The Site Construction And Commissioning Of Wwtp Ihtiman With Leading Infrastructure And Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Review And Analysis Of The Available Source Data And Information; Elaboration Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Site Construction And Commissioning Of Wwtp Ihtiman With Leading Infrastructure; Assistance In The Coordination Of The Investment Project With The Relevant Competent Administrations, Interested Institutions, Operating Companies And Third Parties In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations; Obtaining All Necessary Permits In Connection With The Execution Of Construction; Implementation Of Construction Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Approved Investment Project; Delivery And Installation Of Wwtp Machines And Equipment According To The Technical Specification And The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor; Making Authority Supervision Under The Spatial Planning Act, Incl. Giving As Necessary To Technical Solutions, Additions And/Or Changes Of The Project And Assistance In The Commissioning Of The Site; Preparation Of A Training And Training Program Of The Staff, Which Will Be Responsible For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered And Installed Machines And Facilities To The Wwtp, As Well As To Provide A Guide/Service For The Operation And Maintenance Of This Equipment; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Filming Of The Whole Construction And Provision Of Data In The Respective Service Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Cadastre And Property Register Act; Submission Of The Site And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority With A Finding Act For Establishing The Suitability For The Acceptance Of The Construction Annex No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Participation In The Commissioning Of The Site With A Protocol For Establishing The Suitability For The Use Of The Construction Annex No 16 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003; Fulfillment Of Obligations Related To Ensuring The Normal Functioning And Use Of The Completed Construction Site And Elimination Of The Hidden Defects After The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Site Within The Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works And Facilities In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003.
