The Value Includes All Payments For The Delivery Of Net Electricity Specified In The Technical Specification, With The Exception Of: • The Price For Excise Duty Under Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 17 Of The Excise Duties And Tax Warehouses Act (Zds); • The Fees Determined By A Decision Of The Ewrc; • Network Services (Transfer Fees And Access To Electricity Distribution And Electricity Networks); • Legal Additives To The Price Of Electricity According To The Ea And Ptee. The Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract Also Includes The Possible One -Time Renewal Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 Calendar Months, In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Art. 6 Of The Pppop, If At The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract Does Not Complete A New Public Contract For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Electricity.
