Total Quantity (Planned): 2640 Db/24 Months Detail Is Included In The Table Prices Table And The Technical Description. The Quantities Given In The Table Prices Table Were Determined For 12 Months On The Basis Of Previous Use Experience, So -Called. Experience Quantities. Experience Quantities Have Been Granted To Determine The Tenders For The Validation Of The Bids Without The Value Of The Sales Tax, And The Quantities Obtained Under The Contract May Differ From These Experiential Data. Only Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Contracting Authority Undertakes 99%Of The Amount To Be Recorded In The Framework Contract. The Tenderer Must Submit His Tender In The Light Of The Above. The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree 46 (3). The Tenderer Must Enter The Product Manufacturer And The Product Manufacturer Number Of The Products To Be Delivered In His Tender, As Well As Whether The Offered Product Is A Vehicle Manufacturer, A First Installed Or Substitute Product, And Attach The Documents Required By Vehicle Manufacturers, First Installed And Substitute Products. The Tenderer Must Declare In His Tender That: • Undertakes To Perform During The Period Requested By The Contracting Authority And In Quantities Of Orders; • The Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Offered Products Comply With The Relevant Un-Egb Requirements; • The Vehicle Manufacturers Logo/Name Will Be Included On The Offered Vehicle Manufacturer Products, Or, If Not Possible, On Their Packaging; • Deliver The Offered Vehicle Manufacturer Products In The Original Manufacturers Packaging Throughout The Contract; • The Deadline For Performance It Does Not Exceed 45 Business Days; • It Acknowledges That The New Spare Parts To Be Transported And Their Technical, Quality And Operating Parameters Must Be Equivalent To The Production Of The Manufacturer For The New Product, And Elsewhere The Transport Of Products Built -In, Repaired (Including Factory Renovated Or Rebuilt) Is Not Accepted; • Transfer The Connecting Elements, Seals, And Fastening Elements Provided By The Manufacturer Of The Product To The Contracting Authority Free Of Charge; • Provides The Products In The Specific Quality And, If Its Winning, Delivers Items Offered Throughout The Contract Throughout The Contract; • The Warranty Deadline Undertaken At Least 12 Months After Receipt Of The Acceptance Of The Warranty And To Accept The Conditions Set Out In The Further Procurement Documents Related To The Warranty; • In Case Of Failure During The Warranty Period
