The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is To Process The Proposal Of Comprehensive Land Consolidation In The Cadastral Area Of Podbořany, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Intended For The Renewal Of The Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. The Design Of The Kpo Will Be Processed So That It Can Be Entered In The Land Register. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Decision Of The Land Office To Approve The Proposal Of Land Consolidation And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal Of The Kpú Will Be Prepared According To A More Detailed Division, Which Precisely Corresponds To The Particulars Referred To In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For The Implementation Of Land Consolidation And The Requirements Of Land Consolidation Proposal, As Amended. The District Of The Comprehensive Land Consolidation Will Include The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Village Of Podbořany, Outside The Built -Up Area Of The Municipality, Without Built -Up Areas According To The Land Use Plan Of Podbořany After Change No. 8 And Without Continuous Forest Units Rumble In The Northeast And Valovský Forest In The Southeast Part Of The Territory. The Estimated Area Of The Area Is 674 Ha In The Cadastral Area Of Podbořany.
