The Tenderer Must Give Up The Price For: • Maintenance: O Half -Yearly Maintenance Of The Installation Including The Replacement Of Parts O Hourly Rate For Ad Hoc Performance That May Follow From The Checks. • Checking And Validation: O A 3-Year-Old Qal2 (1 Piece) O An Annual Ast Check (3 Pieces) When No Qal2 Is Provided On The One Hand And Control And Validation Should Be Carried Out On The Other By Separate Entities That Guarantee The Whole Of The Service In The Subcontractor. The Quotation Must Clearly Indicate Who Acts As The Main Contractor And Subcontractor. The Checks And Validation Procedures Must Be Carried Out By A Recognized Laboratory In The Air Discipline.
