COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, University of Ilorin, Ilorin upon evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only) per lot, paid into the University of Ilorin, Ilorin through remita. 5. SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for the Lot two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed: The Registrar, University of Ilorin, Ilorin and labeled with the PROJECT NAME/TITLE and LOT NUMBER clearly written on the top Right-Hand corner. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and should be submitted to the Procurement Unit, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, not later than 12.00 noon on 21st July, 2025. 6. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION BIDS Only the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12.00 noon on 21st July, 2025 in the presence of observers, bidders or their representatives while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Unit, University of Ilorin, as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
