The Estimated Start Date Of The Agreement Is 1.1.2026. The Actual Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. The Contract Period Can Be Continued In Two One -Year Options, With A Total Of 2+1+1 Years With The Option Period. Pathology Services Acquired Include Both The Services Needed By The Kainuu Welfare Health Centers And The Pathology Services Needed By The Kainuu Central Hospital. The Invitation To Tender Must Be Submitted To A Complete Offer To Cover The Health Centers Of The Kainuu Welfare Area And The Pathology Services Required By The Pathology Unit Of Kainuu Central Hospital In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender. The Contact Details Of Kainuu Health Centers Are Attached. The Service To Be Purchased Includes Tissue Samples Taken And Broadcast By Kainuu Health Centers, Cell Samples And Gynecological Papa Samples (Non-Screening Samples) Taken With A Traditional Papa Method. For Non-Screening-Papa Samples, Sample Jars, Papa Boxes, Shipping Bags And Boxes Are Required To Come From The Service-Generating Laboratory And The Selected Service Provider Is Responsible For The Necessary Postage. The Number Of Services In The Pathology To Be Purchased Is Decided By The Subscriber. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Certain Samples. If The Research Volumes Such As Previous Years Described Below Do Not Materialize As Expected, The Subscriber Shall Not Be Obliged To Compensate Or Obtain Similar Services. The Service Provider Must Provide The Pathology Pad Responses Electronically Directly To The Lifecare Patient Information System, Which Is Used By Kainuu Hva And The Qpati Laboratory Information System Of The Kainuu Pathology Service Unit. The Electronic Response Service Must Be In Use At The Start Of The Contract Period On 1.1.2026. If The Electronic Response System Has To Be Created, It Must Not Incur Costs For The Subscriber. Patology Samples Must Represent The Research And/Or Manufacture Of Basic Dyed Tissue And Cell Samples. Additional Pricing Of Additional Studies, Special Dyes, Consultations And Urgency Required By Diagnostics Should Be Described By A Separate Attachment. The Service Provider Must Deliver Annually On 31.1. By The Subscriber Report On The Number Of Pathology Samples Studied In The Previous Year In A Municipality. The Report Shall Provide Sample Volumes And Costs Of The Studies On A Municipal Basis.
