The New Infrastructures Will Meet The Most Recent Energy Performance Standards. Sustainable Solutions Will Be Provided To Avoid The Use Of Fossil Fuels. The Project Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Design, Build & Maintain Assignment. After The Design & Build Phase, A Phase Maintenance And Exploitation Of 10 Years And An Additional Cancellable Period Of 10 Years As A Mandatory Option Starts. The Contracting Party Is Therefore Not Only Responsible For The Project And Implementation But Also For The Warranty And Availability Of The Infrastructure Works.
