Three Essential Requirements Should Be Covered Using This Tender: 1. Application Management Software 2. Care Services And Support Of This 3Rd Training And Support In Commissioning The Administrative And User Staff. The Contract Term Begins With The Contract And, Provided That There Is No Termination Beforehand, Two Years (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Twice One Year Each (Optional Contractual Periods). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year, Provided That The Client Is Terminated By The Client Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Same Applies To The Second Optional Extension Period. In Any Case, The Contract Ends When The Maximum Total Order Limit Of Eur 2,000,000.00 Net; Eur 2,380,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services). If The Order Value Is Increased By Changing The Order During The Contract Term According To § 132 Gwb, The Contract Ends With The Achievement Of This New Order Value. From The End Of The Contract, The Contractors Obligation Remains Unaffected To The Contractual Provision Of The Contracts That Are Made In The Contract Period.
