Bids Are Invited For Hiring A Company Specializing In The Collection Of Health Service Waste From The Headquarters Of Simsaúde, Including Transportation, Storage, Destination And Final Disposition, Environmentally Appropriate, Of Waste From Group A (Biological Waste) And Group E (Drilling Waste), With The Purpose Of Meeting The Needs Of The Intermunicipal Health Consortium Of Ubá And Simsaude
Collection Of Health Service Waste From Simsaúde Headquarters, Including Transportation, Storage, Destination And Final Disposal, Environmentally Appropriate, Of Group A (Biological Waste) And Group E (Drilling Waste) Waste. Transportes Infected Waste Should Be Placed In Vehicles With Closed Watertight Metal Body, Easy To Operate And Discharge, And Washed With Disinfectant Products. Allocation Final Health Residue Collected Shall Have As Its Final Destination For The Appropriate Establishment, Licensed By A Competent Body Under The Contractor. Equipment All The Equipment Necessary For The Development Of The Work Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor And Shall Obey The Following: The Collection Vehicles Must Be In Accordance With The Specific Rules For The Execution Of The Service; Containers Will Have The Necessary Capacity For The Demand For The Headquarters To Be Simsaúde; Bags And Decarpack Will Be Enough To Meet The Headquarters Demand. Labor The Labor Employed For The Development Of The Work Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Whom The Full Responsibility Of Social, Labor, Social Security And Judicial Charges Of Any Kind Will Be Responsible. Epia Position Of The Contractor To Provide All Employees Involved In The Work The Personal Protective Equipment (Gloves, Uniforms, Boots, Masks, Etc.) Necessary To Handle And Remove The Establishments. Penitentiary.Programming Of The Collection Should Be Done Once A Week, Within The Opening Hours Of The Simsaúde, From 7:00 To 15:30 Hours Or In Case Of Exceptionality Through Previous Communication. The Collection Calendar And Itineraries Shall Be Established By The Contractor And Presented At The Time Of Hiring Whose Change May Only Occur By Means Of Written Notice, At Least 48 Hours Before Collection.
