The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of The Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Elements Of The Infrastructure Accompanying According To The Formula Design And Build, Including: 1) Implementation Of Complete Design Documentation, Which Includes: A) Architectural And Construction Design With Land Development, Multi -Branch Technical And Executive Projects In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations, Norms And Guidance In This Respect, B) Projects Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works, C) A Permanent Traffic Organization Project; D) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Stwior); E) Reconciliation Of Project Documentation With The Owners And Gestors Of All Utilities Networks, Applying For Industry Arrangements And All Necessary Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain Decisions Enabling The Execution Of Works, Transferring To The Contracting Authority A Copy Of Appearances With A Set Of Materials Required By Individual Institutions To Obtain Arrangements; F) Obtaining On Your Own All Necessary Materials For Preparing Complete Design Documentation, Including Maps For Design Purposes, Geotechnical Tests, Network Connection Conditions (If Necessary) And Arrangement Of Designed Solutions With Relevant Institutions (If Necessary); G) Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of The Entire Documentation Developed
