The Office Of The Government Is Responsible For The Organization Of The Governments General Operating Conditions And Services And Manages The Representation Of The Government. The Official Clothing Is Required For The Governments Representative Staff (About 10 People), Agency Services (Approx. 70 Persons) And Car Drivers (About 30 People). About 90%Of The Current Staff Are Men. Mens And Womens Clothing Is Subject To The Same Material And Other Quality Requirements, But The Patterns And Dimensions Of The Clothing Must Be Separately For Men And Women. High Levels Of Service And The Safety Aspects Of Government Events Require That The Staff Can Be Easily Identified By A Uniform Suit And A Lion-Themed Lion. The Clothing Must Also Be Suitable For Solemn Events, Which Are Organized In Particular In The Government Representation. The Acquisition Focuses On Costumes, Jackets, Shirts, Ties And Overcoats. The Agreement Will Be Concluded From 1 October 2025 To September 30, 2028. The Procurement Includes An Option To Extend The Contract For The Period From October 1, 2028 To September 30, 2030. The Use Of The Option Is Only For The Customers Discretion. The Anticipated Value Of The Purchase, Including The Stock Option, Is Eur 280,000 - Eur 300,000 (Without Vat).
