Main Activities: Performing An Independent Evaluation Of The Suitability Of The Implementation Of A Management Procedure For The Claim, In Accordance With Art. 6 Of Enforcement Regulation (Eu) No 402/2013. Preparation Of A Report/ Report Assessment Report In Accordance With Annex Iii Of Regulation (Eu) No 402/2013 Regarding The General Method Of Safety For Determining And Assessment Of Risk. For Each Stage Of The Risk Management Procedure, The Contractor Performs An Independent Assessment In Accordance With The Commission Regulation (Eu) No 402/2013 On The General Safety Method For The Determination And Assessment Of The Risk. If Necessary, The Contracting Authority May Request The Report/Reports Under Item 3.1.2 Of The Technical Specification Annex No 1 To This Public Procurement Documentation, Be Prepared By The Contractor (The Evaluating Authority/Independent Appraiser) Divided Into Parts In The Scope (In Stages, In Separate Positions, By Subsystems, Part Of The Subsystem And Stages/Contracts, By Subsystems And/Or By Geographical Scope), Without Owes An Additional Payment To The Contractor.
