The Purpose Of The Project Is To Establish The Main Types Of Work And Events Necessary For The Construction, Restoration And Improvement Of The Transport And Exploitation Qualities, The Bearing Capacity Of Street Lanes And Sidewalks In Order To Provide Conditions For Traffic Safety, Comfort Of Travelers And Good Drainage Of The Streets. Order Description: 1. Preparation Of Investment Projects In The Working Phase, Including The Necessary Work Details 2. Exercise Of Copyright Supervision. 3. Fulfillment Of Construction Works The Execution Of The Construction Works (Construction Works) For The Sites Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction From The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) And Begins After The Issuance Of A Building Permit By The Competent Authority. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Ppa The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement, The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Activities Included In Its Scope Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Attached To These Instructions.
