Prior To The Start Of Construction, Work Should Be Completed To Mobilize Mechanization And Human Resources, Organization Of Materials Supply And Quality Control, And After The Completion Of The Construction, Work Should Be Completed To Bring The Construction In A Form Fit For The Acceptance Of The Completed Construction Works.
